RETURNS

We hope you love your order, but if something isn't quite right, you can start a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Here's everything you need to know:

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• We can't accept returns with marks (makeup, deodorant, fake tan, etc.).
• Items labelled Non-Returnable can't be returned.
• Online orders can't be returned in-store.
• Store purchases can be returned in-store within 14 days.

FAULTY ITEM?

Let us know within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Head to our Returns Portal online → https://returnsportal.shop/anne-louise-boutique-

1. Enter your order number and email.
2. Choose what you'd like to return or exchange.
3. Pick a shipping method and get your QR code.
4. Drop your parcel off at your chosen location.

RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
